Capgemini is seeking an experienced HR Data Mart engineer to design and maintain scalable analytics data products. You will build and optimize secure data pipelines using DBT, PySpark, and Python, while deploying ETL tooling with Terraform and AWS.

The role emphasizes data quality, uptime, and semantic modeling for HR leadership. This remote Colombian opportunity targets candidates with 5+ years in data warehousing and analytics.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in data warehousing, data modeling and datamarts.
• Strong knowledge of DBT, PySpark, and Python for ETL development.
• Experience with REST API integration and data ingestion pipelines.
• Proficient in Google BigQuery querying and performance optimization.
• Excellent SQL skills and highly optimized query development.

Job DescriptionRole OverviewThe HR Data Mart (HRDM) team develops and maintains trusted HR analytics data products and infrastructure, enabling secure, scalable, and certified datasets for HR Centers of Excellence and HR leaders. Scope of Work Develop and maintain secure, efficient data pipelines using DBT, PySpark, and Python applications. Build infrastructure and tooling for ETL processes using Python, DBT, Terraform, and AWS services. Implement process improvements and data quality testing. Monitor pipelines and maintain 99.5% uptime. Create and maintain data models used by partner teams. Design and build semantic views and ontology layers on top of dbt models. Develop and deploy AI agents using Snowflake Cortex Analyst/Cortex Search for HR use cases.
