Kake is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to contribute to the development and evaluation of AI training data for a leading human data platform for AI agents and LLMs.

This role sits at the intersection of software engineering and AI, helping AI labs and companies build better, safer, and more capable models by writing prompts, producing reference-quality code solutions, and providing the structured human signal that makes AI systems smarter.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software engineering in backend, database, or data pipelines.
• Proficiency in at least one core language (Python or NodeJS/TypeScript).
• Experience with Postgres/SQL, event processing, state repair.
• Strong experience writing functional and integration tests.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and evaluate AI training data for AI agents and LLMs.
• Write prompts for AI training and evaluation.
• Produce reference-quality code solutions.
• Provide structured human signal to improve AI systems.
• Evaluate AI agent performance on terminal-based tasks.
• Work on compiling code, running tests, managing environments, and completing multi-step software engineering workflows.
• Write functional and integration tests.
• Ensure quality of AI-generated software outputs.
