Kake is seeking a Senior Software Security Engineer to help shape AI training data for a leading human data platform for AI agents and LLMs. You’ll work at the intersection of software engineering and artificial intelligence, contributing to prompts, reference-quality code solutions, and evaluations to improve model safety and capability.

The role requires 5+ years in backend or security, strong Python (plus Rust/Go/TypeScript interest), Linux, Docker, Git, and testing expertise.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in backend or security.
• Proficient in Python (also open to Rust/Go/TypeScript).
• Hands-on experience with Terminal-Bench and evaluating AI task performance.
• Linux, Docker, and Git command-line proficiency.
• Experience with supply-chain, vulnerability triage, credentials, and access control.
• Strong test-writing skills (functional and integration).
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to the development and evaluation of AI training data for AI agents and LLMs.
• Write prompts for AI training and evaluation.
• Produce reference-quality code solutions.
• Provide structured human signal to improve AI systems.
• Evaluate AI agent performance on terminal-based tasks.
• Work with tasks including compiling code, running tests, managing environments, and completing multi-step software engineering workflows.
• Write functional and integration tests.
• Help ensure the quality of AI-generated software engineering outputs.
