AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design and maintain data pipelines powering Cloud Economics insights. You will build scalable ELT/ETL workflows using Python, SQL, dbt, and Airflow across AWS services and Snowflake, focusing on performance and cost efficiency.

Collaborate with Engineering and Finance to enable cost optimization and usage-based decision-making. Strong data modeling and auditing skills are essential, with 4+ years of experience and upper-intermediate English.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering or related field.
• End-to-end ELT/ETL pipelines in cloud environments.
• Proficient in Python and SQL, with strong data modeling skills.
• Experience with orchestration tools such as dbt, Airflow, or Dagster.
• Experience with AWS data services (Glue, Athena, Aurora) and Snowflake.
• CI/CD, version control, IaC (Terraform), and REST API integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain Cloud Economics data pipelines and automation systems.
• Develop scalable ELT/ETL pipelines for cloud cost visibility and performance insights.
• Design data models and ingestion frameworks for telemetry and usage data.
• Create tooling for cost-aware decision-making across stakeholders.
• Optimize pipelines for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Finance to support cost optimization initiatives.
• Ensure data quality, validation, and auditability across workflows.
