Global Technology Services in Medellín, Colombia seeks a Senior Data Engineer to own the enterprise data platform and BI environment, designing, building and supporting Azure SQL databases, data integrations, ETL/ELT pipelines, and enterprise Power BI solutions.

You will collaborate with business leaders to deliver trusted information, govern datasets, prioritize reporting requests, and support day-to-day reporting needs while applying data modeling and dimensional techniques.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years SQL Server database development.
• 3+ years of Azure SQL and Azure Data Factory.
• 3+ years with Power BI.
• Strong T-SQL, DAX, Power Query (M), and dimensional modeling.
• Experience with Azure Functions and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Hands-on experience of Python programming.
• Experience supporting production database environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Serve as the technical owner of the enterprise data platform and BI environment.
