Blanc Labs is seeking a Senior Data Architect with AI skills to lead enterprise data architecture strategy across modern platforms. You will design data models, data lakes, and data warehouses while guiding ETL/ELT pipelines for analytics and AI workloads.

You will architect MDM frameworks, collaborate with data science teams on GenAI use cases, and ensure governance, quality, and lineage across systems, vendor platforms, and cloud environments.

Formación

• Eight+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or related roles.
• Strong data modelling (conceptual, logical, physical) for enterprise systems.
• Proven experience building and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with MDM solutions and data governance.
• Expertise with Databricks for data engineering and analytics workloads.
• Experience with AWS data services (S3, Glue, Redshift).
• Knowledge of data quality, metadata management, and data lineage.

Responsabilidades

• Design and evolve enterprise data architecture strategies across modern data platforms.
• Lead ETL/ELT pipeline design for analytics, reporting, AI/ML workloads.
• Architect and implement MDM frameworks ensuring data quality and governance.
• Build modern data platforms using Databricks and Microsoft Fabric.
• Architect cloud-native data solutions on AWS with scalability and security.
• Define data governance standards and metadata management practices.
• Collaborate with data science teams to support GenAI and AI use cases.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data teams.
