EPAM Systems seeks a Senior Solution Architect (AI & Data Platform) to shape a cohesive data environment spanning Snowflake and AWS. You will coordinate architectural direction with senior stakeholders while remaining closely engaged with engineering delivery and hands-on code contributions.

The role requires leading large data engineering teams, delivering enterprise-scale AI programs, and driving data platform consolidation with strong Python and SQL skills and English at B2 level or higher.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering or data architecture.
• Minimum of 3 years leading a team of 40+ members.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI and data transformation programs.
• Extensive Snowflake expertise including data modeling and performance optimization.
• Proficient with AWS services such as S3, Lambda, Glue and IAM.
• Strong Python and SQL skills for data platforms; familiarity with Kafka and Airflow.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out gap analysis of existing data and AI architecture ecosystems.
• Design and roll out a unified data platform covering Snowflake and AWS.
• Define AI workflow architecture for scalable solutions with reduced technical debt.
• Partner with senior leadership and data platform teams to align priorities.
• Review and contribute to code to maintain delivery momentum.
• Promote best practices across data engineering and AI architecture.
