Blanc Labs is seeking a Senior Data Architect with AI skills to design and lead enterprise data architecture across modern platforms. You will shape data models, data lakes, and data warehouses, and drive ETL/ELT pipelines for analytics and AI workloads.

You will implement MDM, ensure data governance and quality, and collaborate with data science teams to support GenAI and large language model use cases. This role offers leadership and cross-functional impact.

Formación

• 10+ years in data architecture, data engineering, or related roles.
• Hands-on design of conceptual, logical, and physical data models for enterprise systems.
• Proven experience building and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Hands-on MDM implementations with governance and data quality focus.
• Strong Databricks experience for data engineering and analytics.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric for unified data and analytics.
• Solid AWS data services knowledge (S3, Glue, Redshift, Lake Formation).
• Understanding AI/ML data needs, including prep for GenAI/LLM workloads.
• Strong data governance, data quality, and metadata management.

Responsabilidades

• Design and evolve enterprise data architecture strategies, including data models, data lakes, and data warehouses.
• Lead ETL/ELT pipeline design to support analytics, reporting, and AI/ML workloads.
• Architect and implement Master Data Management frameworks for data quality and governance.
• Build modern data platforms using Databricks and Microsoft Fabric.
• Architect cloud-native data solutions on AWS with scalability and cost efficiency.
• Define data governance standards, metadata management, and data lineage frameworks.
• Collaborate with data science/AI teams to support GenAI/agentic use cases.
• Translate data requirements into scalable architectural solutions for business/stakeholders.
• Evaluate tools/technologies for data integration, storage, processing; provide leadership to teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in data architecture, performance, and observability.
