CI&T is seeking a Senior Data Architect to lead the design and evolution of our client's data platform. You will drive the migration of data pipelines to Microsoft Fabric and ensure reliable, business-ready data across the organization.

You will mentor teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and balance performance, cost, and security in Azure-based architectures. This role offers a global, diverse environment with a strong emphasis on technical excellence.

Formación

• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or above) for international interaction.
• Hands-on data platform architecture experience, including data modeling and ELT at scale.
• Proven experience with cloud data platforms, preferably Azure Cloud Services and Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience with data lake design, Delta Lake-based architectures.
• Ability to guide teams through complex technology migrations and architectural changes.
• Strong mentoring and technical leadership to grow junior team members.
• Ability to explain complex data architecture concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Define and communicate long-term data architecture vision.
• Lead migration of data pipelines to Microsoft Fabric for curated data.
• Design and evolve data lake and Delta Lake architectures on Azure.
• Lead evaluation of technologies, frameworks, and standards.

• Mentor and empower team members and review design decisions.
• Ensure data architecture complies with security regulations.
• Develop strategic relationships with technology partners.
• Represent the data architecture in technical forums.
