AgileEngine in Colombia seeks a Senior Data and Analytics Engineer to build data pipelines and analytical models that power BI-driven decisions in the media and entertainment sector.

You will translate complex business use cases into data models, craft scalable pipelines with Snowflake, dbt Cloud, and Python, and collaborate with leadership to elevate data capabilities across product teams.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering within a production environment, in the media and entertainment industry.
• Expert-level Python and SQL skills.
• Extensive hands-on experience building transformation pipelines in dbt Cloud.
• Strong proficiency with Snowflake and modern cloud data platforms.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders and product managers.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver robust data features and pipelines within project teams for fast-paced, business-facing verticals.
• Translate complex business use cases into robust data models and pipelines.
• Build and maintain scalable pipelines using Snowflake, dbt Cloud, GitHub, and Python.
• Leverage AI tools in development workflow and collaborate on governance and tooling adoption.
• Partner with product managers and analysts to deliver consumption-ready data.
