Auxis seeks a Data Analyst to interpret data from ERP, HCM, and CRM, enabling data-driven decisions and ensuring data quality within the Data Lakehouse. You will translate requirements, map sources to targets, and support Medallion architecture across Bronze/Silver/Gold layers, collaborating with Business teams, Data Architects, and Engineers.

Strong SQL, Python, Snowflake experience, API data ingestion, and data modeling skills are required, with good English (B2+) communication and

Formación

• English level B2+ or higher.
• Experience with SQL and Python for data validation, profiling, reconciliation, and analytics.
• Snowflake experience including writing complex SQL, JSON parsing, and schema/stage concepts.
• Experience with API-based data ingestion (REST APIs, JSON/XML).
• Familiarity with Medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold) and data flows across layers.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional/technical requirements and BRDs/FRDs.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, validate, and clarify data and reporting requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirement documents.
• Create Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM/STM) documents detailing data logic.
• Document Business Rules, Data Definitions, and Transformations.
• Analyze data lineage across Snowflake, APIs, and reporting layers.
• Support data modeling and design in line with Medallion architecture.
• Assist in REST API data integrations and map to Snowflake tables.
• Collaborate with data engineers, ETL/ELT developers, and QA on requirements.
• Support UAT and resolve data gaps through testing and validation.
