We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst who will play an integral role on the Salesforce and Analytics team that is part of the larger Global Business Operations Department. This team is a key clearinghouse for sales data, working to aggregate and analyze data across multiple systems to drive operational efficiency and sales strategy. This role will work closely with multiple internal customers (Marketing, Sales, SFDC, Product Management) to manage and maintain data across the company. This role will be an individual contributor and report to the Senior Manager, Business Insights.

Primary responsibilities will include:

1. Administering a PostgreSQL database
2. Managing and creating data sets available through multiple systems and Salesforce
3. Automating and refreshing reports and dashboards in a BI Tool through queries
4. Driving improvements to data quality and data availability by analyzing existing data and data sets
5. Providing systems best practices recommendations to enhance efficiency and overall data quality of our systems
6. Aligning reports to business objectives and key results

The Candidate:

Required skills/qualifications:

1. At least 3 years of experience working with Salesforce, large data sets, and creating/maintaining PowerBI dashboards
2. At least 5 years of experience with data analysis, process improvement, and sales analytics
3. Experience with relational and non-relational databases and SQL
4. Problem solver with a can-do attitude willing to go above and beyond to deliver data solutions for our internal customers
5. Strong communicator and ability to work both individually and as a team to complete tasks
6. Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
7. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or other related fields
8. Strong attention to detail
9. Fluency in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or above

Preferred skills/qualifications:

1. Management consulting experience or other relevant experience providing data-driven business insights to sales and other business leaders
2. Marketing experience is preferred
