Mastercard Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Cybersecurity Product Specialists to own and manage technical and product-related experiences for our cybersecurity products.
You will work with Sales and Product teams to translate capabilities into business value and support complex product demonstrations, RFP/RFI responses, and customer onboarding. You will enable deployment, create training and knowledge resources, and drive incident escalations while helping clients enhance their cyber posture
Formación
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience in consulting, sales engineering, or technical sales overlay.
- Experience in IT or information security or third-party vendor risk management.
- Experience with cyber threat intelligence solutions and exposure management is a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Own center of excellence for cybersecurity products.
- Provide primary technical sales support to sales engineering and sales teams.
- Lead complex product demonstrations and respond to technical questions.
- Manage RFP/RFI/RFx responses and customer onboarding.
- Coordinate product training online or in person to support prospects.
