Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst, Cybersecurity Product Specialists to own and articulate the technical and business value of our cybersecurity products. You will support sales, demonstrate capabilities, and guide customers through onboarding and deployment.

You will collaborate with product and sales teams to translate product features into enterprise risk and cyber threat management improvements, including RFP/RFI responses and client enablement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience in consulting, sales engineering, or technical sales overlay
• Experience in IT, information security or third-party vendor risk management
• Experience with cyber threat intelligence solutions and/or exposure management is a plus
• Travel: Up to 10% travel

Responsabilidades

• Be a key contributor to the center of excellence for our cybersecurity products suite
• Primary technical sales support to the sales engineering and sales organizations
• Demonstrate a high degree of business acumen and translate product capabilities into business needs
• Support sales by performing complex product demonstrations and responding to RFI/RFP/RFx
• Own technical interaction with customers and partners
• Create, project manage, and deliver product training for onboarding
• Help ensure successful new client onboarding and solution adoption
• Respond to prospect and customer issues and coordinate escalations
• Work with operations/product support to resolve issues
• Communicate with team to align engagement strategy
• Identify opportunities to improve customer-facing tools and materials
• Assess customer experience and pursue opportunities to improve cyber posture
