Job summary

Deutsche Post is seeking an Expert - Project Manager IMPAT (Business Support) to drive onboarding and integration for new and existing customers from sales handover through post-implementation stabilization. You will act as the primary process expert for implementations, ensuring seamless transitions, optimised operations, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

The role requires leading complex local and global initiatives, mentoring junior staff, and coaching teams across countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/qualification.
• >4 years’ experience leading complex and strategic projects.
• Experience in customer implementations, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Execute projects per internal procedures and standard methodology (Define, Plan, Implement, Control, Transition).
• Develop detailed local implementation plans for complex projects.
• Manage tasks and deliverables within the plan; validate customer needs and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify and resolve complex issues across functions; manage project risks and escalations.
• Lead Hypercare activities and maintain clear communications with customers and stakeholders.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
