Job summary

Publicis Groupe is seeking a Senior Copy Editor to guard quality, consistency, and accuracy across content. You’ll ensure grammar, tone, and brand standards while collaborating with creative, production, and client teams to refine deliverables.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in copy editing, proofreading, content editing, quality assurance, or a related editorial role.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field preferred.
• Exceptional command of English language, grammar, punctuation, spelling, and editorial standards.
• Experience with AI-enabled editorial or content production tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and edit a wide range of deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
• Verify content against approved copy, style guides, legal requirements, and brand standards.
• Ensure excellence in grammar, spelling, punctuation, syntax, tone, and editorial consistency.
• Review layouts to validate copy placement, typography, and visual consistency across media.
• Collaborate with writers, designers, production artists, and managers to maintain quality.
• Identify and resolve editorial, formatting, and content-related issues before final production.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Stay current with language standards, editorial best practices, and content trends.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance editorial workflows and efficiency.
