Job summary

Publicis Production is seeking a Producer to coordinate end-to-end print graphics production for BTL campaigns, packaging, catalogs, and large-format materials. The role focuses on optimizing timelines, workflows, and resources across prepress and print environments while maintaining high standards of color-management and durability.

With 5+ years in print production, you will translate creative briefs into technical specs, supervise proofs and presses, and ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or a technical degree/certification.
• 5+ years of experience supporting print production projects across BTL, packaging, POP, editorial, and large-format materials.
• Experience in front-end or creative production environments and managing technical or creative teams.
• Solid understanding of print production, prepress workflows, and color-management practices.
• Ability to translate creative requirements into accurate technical specifications and ensure compliance with standards.

Responsibilities

• Translate briefs into accurate print specifications, ensuring color, materials, and technical standards are met.
• Oversee prepress, color proofs, and press checks with vendors to ensure flawless execution.
• Coordinate timelines, resources, and workflows to optimize production efficiency.
• Work with creative, account teams, and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and accuracy.
• Manage vendor bidding, scheduling, and final delivery logistics of printed materials.
• Identify risks early and provide timely updates to internal teams and clients.
