Senior Contract Administrator — Mining & Fabrication

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Contract Administrator to oversee the complete contract lifecycle for mining projects, aligning contracts with objectives and best practices. You will analyze strategies, lead bidding, and manage communications with internal stakeholders across engineering, construction, and QA/QC teams.

The role requires experience in fabrication and goods procurement, strong analytical and coordination skills, and fluency in Spanish with English preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in mining projects.
• Native Spanish speaker; fluent English preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with PMI and AACE methodologies is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee full lifecycle of contract management and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Analyze contracting strategies and risk areas for fabrication and goods-related scopes.
• Prepare and review bidding documents and lead bidding processes.
• Monitor contractor compliance and coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, and project controls teams.
• Review and approve payment certificates and change requests.
• Capture and document lessons learned and conduct post-execution evaluations.
