WPP Media, part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), seeks a Senior Executive Commerce to lead search and programmatic media activations across retailers, optimize client accounts, and drive performance. You will work with teams across regions to meet KPIs and manage budgeting and reporting.

Role requires strong analytical skills, 2+ years in retail media and advanced English. This is a hybrid/remote Colombia-based role with opportunities to grow within a global marketing platform.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced English (B2–C2) proficiency.
• At least 2 years in biddable performance media.
• Experience with multi-retail platform campaigns.
• Strong data analysis to inform strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Manage search and programmatic media activations across retailer networks and optimize accounts.
• Execute campaign setup, bid recommendations, budgeting, and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Collaborate with regional teams across Europe, North America, and Asia.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports and derive insights from data.
