WPP Media, a leading AI-driven media operations unit, is seeking a Senior Executive Commerce to drive retail media activations and optimize client accounts. You will work with teams across the US, Europe, and Asia, delivering high-impact campaigns and performance insights.

Role requires strong English, 2+ years in biddable media, and experience with Pacvue/Skai. This hybrid role offers global exposure and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsabilidades

• Manage search and programmatic activations across retailer networks (Amazon, CitrusAd, Criteo, The Trade Desk, Walmart, etc.).
• Execute campaign setup, bids, and budgeting to meet KPIs and apply retail bid tech like Pacvue/Skai.
• Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reports and derive insights for optimization.
• Collaborate with regional teams and ensure campaign compliance with guidelines.

We are looking for a Senior Executive Commerce who will:* Manage search and programmatic media activations across several retailer media networks, including but not limited to Amazon, CitrusAd, Criteo, The Trade Desk, Walmart, etc. and optimize client accounts to meet their established KPIs.* Execute campaign setup, bid recommendations, and budgeting to ensure overall client goal attainment, including the use of retail bid management technologies where applicable such as Pacvue, Skai, and Epsilo and ensure on-going campaign compliance to WPP Media established guidelines and best practices.* Interact effectively with regional teams internally (Europe, North America, Asia) and be a strong communicator.* Prepare campaign performance reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, i dentify insights and optimizations utilizing historical data and competitive research and u nderstand key drivers of performance on various ecommerce platforms and marketplaces.* Assist with reconciliation, invoicing/billing, trafficking, and mapping data to our internal media campaign management platform.Skills and ExperienceIf this opportunity looks right for you, we are looking for candidates who have:* Bachelor’s degree.* Advanced English level (B2–C2).* At least 2 years of experience in biddable performance media execution, with a strong preference for retail media execution such as: Pacvue or Skai* Experience in campaign management and optimization across multiple retail platforms (Amazon, Instacart, Walmart, Target, Kroger, Criteo, Google, Meta, etc.).* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop insights that inform strategy and optimization.Life at WPP Media & BenefitsOur passion for shaping the next era of media is powered by our commitment to Be Extraordinary, investing in our employees to inspire transformational creativity.
