WPP Media Limited, part of the Global Operations Centre, seeks a Senior Executive Commerce to lead search and programmatic activations across retailer networks such as Amazon, CitrusAd, Criteo, The Trade Desk, and Walmart while optimizing client accounts to KPIs.

You will interact with regional teams and prepare performance reports, driving insights with historical data and competitive research to inform strategy and optimization.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in biddable performance media execution.
• Experience across multiple retail platforms (Amazon, Instacart, Walmart, Target, Kroger, Criteo, Google, Meta).
• Advanced English level (B2–C2).

As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for a Senior Executive Commerce who will:

• Manage search and programmatic media activations across several retailer media networks, including but not limited to Amazon, CitrusAd, Criteo, The Trade Desk, Walmart, etc. and optimize client accounts to meet their established KPIs.
• Execute campaign setup, bid recommendations, and budgeting to ensure overall client goal attainment, including the use of retail bid management technologies where applicable such as Pacvue, Skai, and Epsilo and ensure on-going campaign compliance to WPP Media established guidelines and best practices.
• Interact effectively with regional teams internally (Europe, North America, Asia) and be a strong communicator.
• Prepare campaign performance reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, i dentify insights and optimizations utilizing historical data and competitive research and u nderstand key drivers of performance on various ecommerce platforms and marketplaces.
• Assist with reconciliation, invoicing/billing, trafficking, and mapping data to our internal media campaign management platform.

Skills and Experience

If this opportunity looks right for you, we are looking for candidates who have:

• Advanced English level (B2–C2).
• At least 2 years of experience in biddable performance media execution, with a strong preference for retail media execution such as: Pacvue or Skai
• Experience in campaign management and optimization across multiple retail platforms (Amazon, Instacart, Walmart, Target, Kroger, Criteo, Google, Meta, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop insights that inform strategy and optimization.
