ICON is hiring a Senior Clinical Data Coordinator to design and analyze clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data and advancing innovative therapies. The role encompasses leading data management tasks with emphasis on quality and continuous improvement, and mentoring junior staff.
Based in Colombia (Remote) and Mexico (Hybrid), the position requires 3.5+ years in clinical data management, familiarity with CDMS (Medidata RAVE, InForm, Veeva), and strong English and local language skills.
Formación
- 3.5+ years of clinical data management experience in CROs or pharma
- Fluent in English and local host country language
- Knowledge of data management systems (Medidata RAVE, InForm, Veeva)
Responsabilidades
- Lead data management tasks with emphasis on quality and continuous improvement
- Create and maintain data management plans and documentation
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies to improve data quality across studies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement study-specific data strategies
- Mentor junior data coordinators in data reconciliation and cleaning procedures
