ICON plc is seeking a Principal Clinical Data Science Lead to oversee data review activities across multiple regions in a remote/hybrid capacity. The role drives on-time, high-quality data deliverables with strong budget discipline.

You will mentor teams, influence clinical system development, and manage data analytics deliverables in a global setting. Requires 8+ years in CDM and CRO experience, plus leadership and communication skills.

Formación

• 8+ years of clinical data management experience in a clinical research organization or pharmaceutical company.
• 2+ years of experience working in a CRO.
• Experience with the data science lifecycle and proficiency in at least one CDM system (e.g., Rave, Inform, Oracle Clinical, OCRDC, UX EDC).
• Strong project management and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Budget and timeline management experience.
• Mentor or SME experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or local equivalent; English and host country language fluency.

Responsabilidades

• Leads end-to-end data review activities for clinical trials and ensures data deliverables meet quality and budget targets.
• Serves as primary contact for internal and external team members on data review activities.
• Provides input into clinical system development and risk management activities.
• Develops planning documents related to data review and analytics.
• Establishes approaches and leads resources to achieve operational and strategic plans.
• Travel approximately 15% domestically and internationally.
