Job summary

Coforge is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst to drive discovery, design, and transformation of PSA processes. You will map current and future-state workflows, work with cross-functional teams, and shape requirements for deployments and vendor selections.

The role emphasizes requirements management, validation, and collaboration with IT, Finance, Legal, and external partners to ensure smooth implementation and business readiness in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in business process analysis, design, and transformation.
• Experience documenting current-state and future-state processes, capabilities, rules, and workflows.
• Proven ability to facilitate discovery sessions and workshops with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience translating business needs into clear, structured requirements for projects and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead business discovery across Technical Advisory to analyze current-state processes, workflows, roles, pain points, data needs, controls, dependencies, and future-state requirements.
• Define PSA business capabilities and translate stakeholder needs into structured, prioritized, and traceable requirements covering project setup, resource management, financial processes, reporting, integrations, governance, and operational workflows.
• Support the PSA RFP and vendor evaluation process by defining capability requirements, facilitating workshops and demonstrations, and assessing functional gaps, constraints, and trade-offs.
• Partner with business stakeholders, GET/IT, and the PSA provider throughout solution definition and implementation, supporting future-state process design, requirements traceability, testing, UAT, and business readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business discovery across Technical Advisory to analyze current-state processes, workflows, roles, pain points, data needs, controls, dependencies, and future-state business requirements.
• Define PSA business capabilities and translate stakeholder needs into structured, prioritized, and traceable requirements covering project setup, resource management, financial processes, reporting, integrations, governance, and operational workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience documenting and designing current-state and future-state business processes, capabilities, business rules, and workflows.
• Proven ability to facilitate discovery sessions and workshops with complex, cross-functional stakeholder groups.
• Experience translating business needs into clear, structured, prioritized, and traceable business and functional requirements.
• Ability to identify opportunities for process simplification, standardization, and redesign rather than replicating legacy processes.
• Experience supporting technology or enterprise platform selection, including RFP development, vendor evaluation, and solution assessment.
• Strong understanding of requirements management and traceability throughout solution design and implementation.
• Ability to bridge business and technology teams and translate requirements into inputs for architecture, integrations, security, data, and governance.
• Experience supporting solution validation, UAT scenarios, acceptance criteria, and business readiness activities.
• Excellent analytical, facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA) platforms or PSA transformation initiatives.
• Experience supporting enterprise platform implementations from discovery through design and implementation.
• Understanding of project management, resource management, financial processes, reporting, data governance, and operational workflows.
• Experience collaborating with Finance, Revenue Accounting, Legal, IT, Data & Insights, and external implementation partners.
