Bluelight is seeking a Business Analyst to translate client problems into clear, buildable requirements. You will mediate between clients, product teams, and engineers, conducting discovery, mapping processes, and writing user stories with acceptance criteria.

You’ll help scope projects, create epics and stories, and ensure what is delivered solves the intended problem. You’ll work on client builds, maintenance engagements, and internal products, shaping scope during early project scoping and

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar software roles.
• Experience turning ambiguous input into structured requirements.
• Comfort with process mapping and data modeling at business level.
• Excellent English, able to lead client meetings with U.S. stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand goals and pain points.
• Document current-state and future-state processes, data definitions, and rules.
• Break scope into epics and stories for estimation by engineering.
• Write clear user stories with testable acceptance criteria in Jira.
• Coordinate backlog grooming with the Product Manager.
• Collaborate with UI/UX in Figma to align flows with requirements.
