You will apply Agile methods, analyze data flows and transactions, and translate complex topics into clear English for stakeholders across locations.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Financial Services industry.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• Strong understanding of workflow and process flow analysis.
• Proficient in data mapping and data flow analysis.
• Experience with integration between different systems.
• Familiarity with transactional systems and their functionalities.
• Excellent English language skills (written and verbal).
• Nice to have: Experience in the Mortgage industry in the US.

Role Overview: We seek an experienced Business Analyst, a results-oriented professional passionate about driving business success in a collaborative and distributed environment.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Agile Methodology: Apply Agile methodologies to facilitate iterative and adaptive planning, fostering continuous improvement and efficient project delivery.
• Financial Services Expertise: Utilize your deep understanding of the Financial Services industry to provide insights into industry best practices, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Workflow and Process Flow Analysis: Analyze and optimize business workflows and process flows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Data Mapping and Data Flow Analysis: Conduct comprehensive data mapping and data flow analysis to ensure accurate and efficient data movement across systems.
• Integration Between Different Systems: Facilitate the seamless integration between diverse systems, ensuring smooth data transfer and system interoperability.
• Transactional Systems Experience: Bring expertise in working with transactional systems, understanding their intricacies, and ensuring their alignment with business objectives.
• Proficient English Communication: Communicate effectively in written and verbal English to convey complex technical concepts to various stakeholders.
• Distributed Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively in a distributed team environment, leveraging communication tools and methodologies to ensure effective collaboration across geographical locations.
• Nice to Have: Mortgage Industry Experience (US): If you have experience in the Mortgage industry in the US, it will be considered a significant asset, contributing to a nuanced understanding of industry-specific challenges.
