WPP Media in Colombia/remote-friendly setup seeks a Manager, Business Intelligence to partner with BI, Investment, Planning, and Data Operations teams. You will lead development of reporting products, measure campaigns, and deliver dashboards with data-driven insights.

The role is an individual contributor with cross-functional leadership, coordinating workstreams, prioritizing QA, and guiding analysts. Hybrid work is available, with a mix of remote and in-office collaboration across regions.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience in analytics or BI with large datasets.
• Experience in marketing or media agency environments and familiarity with agency tools and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI; Tableau/Looker knowledge is highly valued.
• Familiarity with digital media, advertising tech, and web analytics tools.
• Strong data architecture, warehousing, modeling, ETL, and data-quality concepts.
• Experience using SQL for data analysis, validation, or automation.
• Python and/or R skills are a plus; ability to build dataflows with SQL/Python is valued.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS) and BigQuery/Dataflow is a plus.
• Experience supporting AI/ML data processing and prompt architectures for generative AI is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and project management tools is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to collaborate across BI, Media, Investment, Planning, and Data Operations teams.
• Experience working in offshore/onshore models and strong stakeholder management.
• Bachelor-level or equivalent experience in relevant fields.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and deployment of reporting products across Excel, PowerPoint, and web dashboards.
• Extract data from multiple media platforms; perform data hygiene and validation with BI tools.
• Develop and maintain campaign measurement frameworks and KPI alignment.
• Own dashboards and data visualizations with accurate, timely delivery.
• Perform daily/weekly data QA and investigate discrepancies.
• Create recurring monthly/quarterly/campaign wrap reports and fix data-quality issues.
• Ensure reported data accurately reflects digital media performance.
• Manage reporting playbooks, calendars, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Collaborate to integrate new data sources and reporting requirements.
• Troubleshoot, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Support collection/validation of partner-provided performance data.
• Maintain documentation of data processes and logic.
• Research platform capabilities and propose data quality improvements.
• Facilitate data/reporting architecture discussions for reliability and availability.
• Support ETL/data management processes and reporting automation.
