Lean Tech is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer / Tech Lead with strong experience in distributed systems and functional programming, to drive system design and engineering decisions. This hands‑on leadership role emphasizes architectural direction while maintaining active coding contributions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable backend solutions, advocate for reliability, and elevate engineering practices across the team.

Formación

• Strong professional experience in backend development.
• Proven experience with functional programming (F#) and related languages.
• Experience designing distributed, service‑oriented systems.
• Experience with event‑driven architectures and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus).
• Experience designing RESTful services and integrations.
• Ability to lead through influence and mentor engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain robust backend services using F# in a service‑oriented architecture.
• Act as technical lead and solution owner across initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions and tasks.
• Engage with stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities.
