You will lead backend feature development in Python/Django and Go, design APIs, build scalable services for trading and risk, and collaborate with frontend teams on data contracts.

The role offers growth through Sombra University, mentorship, and deep exposure to payments integration, Kubernetes deployments, and robust testing practices.

Formación

• 5+ years in backend or full-stack software development.
• Strong Python and Django expertise with scalable backend design.
• Go experience for microservices or backend components.
• Relational databases, especially PostgreSQL.
• APIs for frontend apps and data contracts.
• Frontend basics with React and Next.js.
• Experience with trading platforms or financial systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead backend feature development using Python/Django and Go for trading workflows.
• Design, document, and maintain APIs for frontend apps.
• Build scalable backend logic for trading, risk, and accounts.
• Collaborate with frontend to ensure data structure consistency.
• Integrate third-party services including payments (Worldpay).
• Write unit and integration tests and follow DoD.
• Deploy and validate services in Kubernetes dev/test envs.
• Mentor team members and contribute to architecture decisions.
• Troubleshoot production issues to ensure platform stability.
