Félix is seeking a senior backend engineer to shape the core architecture of its fintech platform. You will work in one of three squads—Payments, Disbursements, or GRC—to build, optimize, and scale secure microservices that drive financial operations.
You will leverage Python, Flask or FastAPI, REST APIs, and cloud-native tooling, with a focus on security and performance in a fast-growing setting. This role is currently remote with a future hybrid plan.
Competenze
- 5+ years in software engineering, preferably fintech.
- Experience designing scalable backend systems and services.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and security practices.
- English proficiency for collaboration across teams.
- Familiarity with payments or disbursement workflows is a plus.
