GFT TECHNOLOGIES SE in Medellín is seeking a senior Backend Developer to transform vague business ideas into running production systems. You will own end-to-end delivery, integrating AI and balancing backend work with frontend tasks.

Collaborate with architects and product stakeholders to design robust solutions, manage releases, and uphold strong engineering standards across teams while supporting live systems at scale.

Formación

• More than five years of professional experience.
• Strong system design and architecture skills.
• Experience with scalability, maintainability, and testing.
• Proven ability in release strategy, debugging, and production support.

Responsabilidades

• Take ambiguous requirements and turn them into clear technical proposals.
• Surface risks, weigh tradeoffs, and defend decisions.
• Build, release, and own features in production, addressing incidents and scaling issues.
• Split time roughly 60–70% backend and 30–40% frontend.
• Integrate AI into production systems and manage orchestration and throughput.
• Collaborate with architects, senior engineers, and product stakeholders.
