ElevenLabs is seeking a senior B2B Growth Marketer to build and scale demand generation for ElevenLabs in Colombia. This hands-on, in-country role focuses on generating enterprise pipeline, growing our brand with technical buyers, and creating programs that become benchmarks for B2B marketing in AI.

Formación

• 5 to 7 years of experience at a high-growth technology company.
• Ownership Pedigree: led growth and marketing projects from start to finish with ROI accountability.
• Deep knowledge of the Colombian market: enterprise buyers, media landscape, and business culture.
• Work well without much process: spans multiple marketing functions and acts as first marketer in the market.
• Relentless commitment to excellence — high bar for quality, clarity, and impact.
• Curious about AI and able to judge what makes marketing stand out.

Responsabilidades

• Build integrated B2B marketing campaigns end to end across Colombian priority industries from strategy and messaging through execution and measurement.
• Localize and execute programs across ABM, content, events, webinars, partner/customer marketing, executive branding, product launches, and outbound.
• Adapt global campaigns and messaging for the Colombian market and feed local insights back to the global team.
• Partner with local sales and the global product marketing, growth, and design teams to keep messaging consistent and execute high‑impact campaigns.
• Own pipeline generation and campaign performance for the market, using data to measure results and continuously improve.
