Job summary

Bluelight is a leading software consultancy seeking a Senior DevOps/SRE to join its rapidly growing team. You will work on challenging projects, implementing robust AWS-based architectures, IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and strong security practices to deliver reliable software for US and LATAM clients.

You will collaborate with talented professionals, manage deployments, monitoring, and incident response, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and excellence in a fast-paced consulting

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or DevSecOps roles.
• Strong hands-on AWS experience (ECS/Fargate, RDS/Aurora, ALB, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, KMS, S3).
• Production Aurora/PostgreSQL with multi-AZ, read replicas, lag monitoring.
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
• Containerization with Docker and ECS/Fargate; CI/CD pipelines.
• Deployment automation with rollback drills; observability tooling.
• Security-focused: vulnerability scanning, secrets management, hardening.
• SOC 2 audit support, incident response, on-call rotations, RC analysis.
• Experience with large, complex systems; overlap US hours.
• Bachelor's degree; strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
