Bluelight is seeking a senior DevOps/SRE/DevSecOps engineer to join a rapidly growing team. You will design, build, and operate scalable cloud-based platforms on AWS, implement IaC with Terraform/CloudFormation, and drive secure, reliable deployments.

Formación

• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or DevSecOps roles
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (ECS/Fargate, RDS/Aurora, ALB, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, KMS, S3)
• Production experience with Aurora/PostgreSQL, multi-AZ failover, read replicas, latency monitoring
• IaC with Terraform or CloudFormation
• Containerization with Docker and ECS/Fargate
• Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Deployment automation with rollback drills
• Observability tooling (OpenTelemetry/CloudWatch)
• Security-focused: vulnerability scanning, secrets management, compliance/hardening
• SOC 2 audit support and client security reviews
• Incident response, on-call rotations, root-cause analysis
• Experience with large, complex systems
• Ability to overlap US business hours
• Bachelor's degree required

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to designing and operating scalable software platforms in a fast-paced consulting environment
• Own and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies with rollback drills
• Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS (ECS/Fargate, RDS/Aurora) and security controls
• Monitor, log, and observe services to meet latency SLOs and budget targets
• Collaborate with clients to ensure security reviews and SOC 2 readiness
• Maintain complex systems and drive incident response and root-cause analysis
