Genpact Ltd. seeks a Sr. Associate - HRO to drive Employee Lifecycle Management in a hybrid Bogotá setting.

You will coordinate onboarding, support performance evaluations, administer benefits, and handle leave requests while addressing employee relations to maintain a positive work environment. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Commerce/ Economics/ Finance or an MBA/Analytics, with ERP and Workday proficiency and good English (Intermediate).

Formación

• Bachelor-level degree in business-related fields or Masters in analytics/administration.
• Experience with HR operations and lifecycle management.
• Proficiency with ERP and HRIS systems and English language.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees.
• Manage performance evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
• Administer benefits and handle leave requests.
• Address employee relations issues and support conflict resolution.
• Monitor employee development and training programs.
• Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding.
