Job summary

Partner company in Colombia seeks a Senior Architect, Enterprise Agentic Automation to lead design and delivery of automation initiatives. You will work with stakeholders and engineering teams to transform processes into scalable workflows, from discovery to production, ensuring measurable business value.

You will shape architectural patterns, improve delivery practices, and contribute to an AI-first environment where automation drives impact.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in solution architecture or technical consulting.
• Engineering background such as Java, JavaScript, or a comparable technology.
• Experience delivering technical solutions for business stakeholders or customers.
• Proven track record leading process orchestration from discovery to production.
• Strong business analysis and process management capabilities.
• BPMN modeling and translating requirements into robust designs.
• Experience with enterprise data architectures and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of agentic automation initiatives from discovery to value realization.
• Lead workshops with process owners to assess workflows and define target processes.
• Determine orchestration of AI agents, business rules, and human intervention.
• Translate target processes into epics, acceptance criteria, and delivery increments.
• Design solutions aligned with reference architecture and introduce patterns.
• Coordinate delivery with engineers, managing priorities and risks.
• Maintain alignment with stakeholders and sponsors.
• Define measurable value for initiatives and increments.
• Contribute to architecture updates and delivery practices.
