CI&T is seeking a Senior Data Developer (Analytics Engineer) who bridges business and technology, owning the complete lifecycle of data products—from ingestion and modeling through delivery—to ensure data is structured, validated, and ready for AI and analytics environments.

You will work with business stakeholders, translate complex requirements into robust pipelines using SQL and Python, and collaborate with AI teams to enable dashboards and intelligent reporting, while maintaining

Formación

• Senior level experience in data engineering or analytics engineering.
• Advanced SQL and Python for data analysis, transformation, and validation.
• Strong data modeling and data warehouse design experience.
• Hands-on with BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouse.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
• Excellent English communication with international stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business needs into technical data specifications.
• Own end-to-end data products from ingestion to delivery.
• Ensure data quality with validation and automated tests.
• Design transformation layers and pre-aggregations.
• Collaborate with AI teams to structure data for AI platforms.
• Build scalable data ingestion pipelines and ensure performance.
• Proactively identify improvements and opportunities.
• Deliver high-quality data solutions using agile methods.
• Communicate with non-technical stakeholders and document decisions.
