Factored is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer in Colombia to design, develop, and maintain data infrastructure and analytics solutions that power business operations. You will build scalable data pipelines, data models, and CI/CD pipelines while collaborating with data scientists and analysts to implement data-driven models and visualizations.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong SQL-based transformations, and proficiency with modern data stack tools.

Formación

• 5+ years in data analytics or analytics engineering.
• Experience designing ETLs and data pipelines.
• Strong programming in Python, SQL, and T-SQL.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse or Snowflake, and PowerBI.
• Advance SQL transformations and data documentation experience.
• Excellent English communication.
• Ownership mindset with equity participation.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, models, and ETL processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data needs into analytics solutions.
• Ensure data quality with validation, cleansing, and monitoring.
• Identify optimizations to improve pipeline performance.
• Build and test code using CI/CD best practices.
• Transform data into models for consumption using modern data tools like DBT.
• Write and maintain data catalogs and definitions.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts on models and visualizations.
