Job summary

Jeeves is hiring a senior AI Engineer to own full workflows end-to-end, from design to production. You will build agentic, LLM-based systems and decide how to ship, measure, and improve them, working closely with Product and Backend teams.

You will work in a remote or hybrid setup based out of Bogotá, Colombia, with a flexible schedule and opportunities to influence architecture and tooling across the company.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience building and operating LLM or AI-powered systems in production.
• Hands-on experience shipping LLM-powered applications with APIs such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or similar.
• Experience designing agentic or multi-step AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own AI workflows end-to-end from design to production.
• Build production-grade LLM pipelines with robust design and validation.
• Measure and monitor AI components with logging, dashboards, and alerts.
• Raise the bar by sharing patterns and tooling with the team.
