Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience valued.
• Demonstrated experience delivering AI, machine learning, or generative AI solutions in real-world settings.
• Strong understanding of modern AI tooling, including LLM application patterns and orchestration frameworks.
• Ability to balance experimentation with sound engineering discipline, including security and reliability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to advise at executive level.
• Proven ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and deliver outcomes at pace.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the journey from client problem statement to working prototype, MVP, or deployable solution.
• Translate ambiguous business challenges into product hypotheses, technical approaches, and execution plans.
• Build and ship AI-enabled solutions using software engineering, model orchestration, automation, and design tools.
• Make sound trade-offs across speed, quality, security, scalability, and business value.
• Advise client technology and business leaders on AI priorities and architecture decisions.
• Drive fast experiments and iterative delivery cycles to validate desirability, feasibility, and value.
• Contribute reusable patterns, playbooks, and practices to scale AI-native delivery across sectors and geographies.
• Stay current with emerging AI tools, methods, and frameworks; apply where measurable advantage is created.
• You will operate with clarity in ambiguity, and drive execution with limited hand-holding.
• You will combine product instinct, engineering depth, and strong judgement.
