Wizeline is seeking a Senior AI Agent Engineer to design production-grade, tool-augmented AI agents that blend advanced LLM techniques with solid software engineering. You’ll build multi-step reasoning pipelines, wire them to business systems, and harden them for scale, safety, and maintainability.

Formación

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; English level B2 Advanced or C1.
• 5+ years of production software engineering in TS/Node, Go, or Python; strong API design, testing, debugging.
• Hands-on LLM experience: prompt engineering, tool calling, model selection, evaluation.
• RAG: embedding pipelines and semantic search (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.).
• Agent orchestration: LangChain/LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, CrewAI.
• ML/DevOps: containerization, CI/CD, GPU/AI infra, caching, evals.
• Security guardrails and PII protection in AI products.

Responsabilidades

• Design multi-step reasoning pipelines and wire them to business systems.
• Harden agents for scale, safety, and maintainability.
• Own full agent development lifecycle from scoping through monitoring and tuning.
• Collaborate on agent design, data integration, and AI engineering best practices.
• Meet enterprise customers' needs with compliant, reliable AI agents.
