A growing software consultancy in Colombia seeks an AI Agent Engineer with 4+ years of software development experience. You will collaborate with product teams to build innovative solutions using skills in Python and JavaScript. Formación

• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced English is required.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI agents.
• Strong experience with Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar).
• Experience building AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Experience integrating APIs and backend services.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with multi-agent systems and RAG architectures.
• Experience deploying AI solutions to production.
• Ability to create and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Attention to detail and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Experience with large, complex systems.
• Strong ownership of work and client commitments.

The Position

We're looking to hire an AI Agent Engineer to join our team. You'll work with one of our incredible product teams to build and deliver a product to our clients.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Strong experience with Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands‑on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar).
• Experience building AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar.
• Solid understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Experience integrating APIs and backend services.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with multi‑agent systems.
• Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation) architectures.
• Experience deploying AI solutions to production.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can‑do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
• Ability to take extreme ownership of your work.
