Santex in Colombia is seeking an experienced Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Developer to design, develop, and maintain customer journeys using AJO and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). You will collaborate with product owners, marketers, architects and data engineers to deliver scalable customer engagement solutions.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing and implementing personalized omnichannel journeys, building event-driven workflows, and using AEP capabilities like

Formación

• Hands-on experience designing and implementing personalized omnichannel journeys in AJO and AEP.
• Proficiency with Real-Time Customer Profile, XDM modeling, and journey triggers.
• Strong collaboration with marketing, data, and engineering teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement customer journeys using AJO and AEP.
• Build event-driven journeys and real-time personalization use cases.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AJO workflows.
• Work with APIs, Event Forwarding and outbound integrations for data activation.
• Design and test email templates, push notifications, and in-app messages within AJO.
• Monitor journeys, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data governance compliance.
