BairesDev, a global technology leader with 15+ years and a 4,000+ remote team, is hiring an SDET Tech Lead to guide test automation initiatives, set standards, and mentor engineers across borders.

You will define technical strategies and frameworks for automation, lead a team of SDETs, drive CI/CD integration, coordinate with QA and development, oversee automation infrastructure, and advocate best practices from a fully remote role with competitive USD compensation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software development and testing.
• Proficient in leading test automation projects and guiding junior SDETs.
• In-depth knowledge of advanced testing methodologies and best practices.
• Strong experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines with integrated testing.
• Expertise in both technical and managerial aspects of quality assurance.
• Skilled in stakeholder management and technical decision-making.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement technical strategies and frameworks for test automation and quality assurance.
• Lead and manage a team of SDETs, setting objectives, and conducting performance reviews.
• Facilitate collaboration between QA, development, and other departments to enhance software quality.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of advanced automated testing systems and infrastructure.
• Drive continuous improvement in test automation practices, tools, and processes.
• Advocate for best practices in quality assurance and test automation across the organization.
