Softtek is seeking a seasoned Agile Leader in Bogotá (Hybrid) and across Colombia to drive Agile transformation. The role focuses on coaching multidisciplinary teams, aligning objectives with business goals, and delivering value through Scrum and Kanban practices.

The candidate should have extensive experience with Agile methodologies, strong communication, stakeholder management, and a proven track record in leading complex software initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (XP, Lean, RUP).
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies.
• Understanding of business processes and organizational goals.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience managing stakeholders and business relationships.
• Knowledge of Agile and product metrics.
• Ability to measure team performance, predictability, quality, and outcomes.
• Experience aligning team objectives with business strategy.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery and value-driven practices.
