You will be responsible for defining and implementing agile governance models, strengthening team capabilities, optimizing software development processes, and aligning agile practices with the business’s strategic objectives.**Ideal Candidate Profile**We are looking for a leader with strategic vision, extensive experience in agile transformation, and the ability to lead organizational change processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and influence skills, and be capable of guiding multidisciplinary teams in adopting agile methodologies and fostering a high-performance culture.We value professionals who are passionate about innovation, continuous improvement, and organizational development, with an interest in incorporating digital tools and artificial intelligence to optimize the management of projects, products, and teams.**Education*** Degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.* A specialization or master’s degree in Project Management, Digital Transformation, Software Engineering, or related fields is desirable.* Preferred certifications include Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner, SAFe Agilist, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Agile Coach, Kanban Management Professional (KMP), PMP, or equivalent certifications.**Required Experience*** More than 8 years of experience leading agile transformation processes.* Experience leading teams composed of Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Tech Leads, QA, DevOps, Architects, and development teams.* Experience designing and implementing agile transformation strategies at the organizational level.* Proficiency in agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, the Spotify Model, and hybrid methodologies.* Experience implementing agile governance models, Lean Portfolio Management, and project and product portfolio management.* Knowledge of agile metrics such as Velocity, Burndown, Burnup, Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, Flow Efficiency, Predictability, and OKRs.* Experience facilitating PI Planning, strategic planning, dependency management, and coordination across multiple teams.* Ability to identify organizational impediments and lead continuous improvement and cultural change initiatives.* Experience using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Miro, and agile management platforms.* Experience promoting the use of Artificial Intelligence to optimize planning, metrics analysis, knowledge management, and team productivity.**Desirable Experience*** Experience as an Enterprise Agile Coach or Head of Agile.* Experience leading digital transformation programs.* Knowledge of DevOps, Platform Engineering, and modern software development.* Experience in organizations with multiple agile teams and scaled structures.* Additional certifications in Lean, SAFe, Kanban, or Agile Coaching.* Experience implementing continuous improvement models at the organizational level.**Key Responsibilities*** Lead the organization’s agile transformation strategy.* Define and implement agile governance and maturity models.* Coordinate and develop teams of Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, and Product Owners.* Promote the adoption of agile methodologies and best management practices.* Monitor performance metrics and promote continuous improvement.* Facilitate coordination between business, product, and technology to maximize value delivery.* Drive the use of Artificial Intelligence to enhance productivity and decision-making.* Support senior leadership in evolving the agile culture and driving organizational transformation.**Desired Skills*** Leadership.* Strategic thinking.* Communication and influence.* Change management.* Systems thinking.* Conflict resolution.* Results-oriented approach.* Collaborative work.* Innovation.* Facilitation skills.* Continuous learning.* Strong sense of responsibility and commitment.**Contract Terms*** Position: Head of Agile.* Work Arrangement: On-site.* Location: Bogotá, D.C.* Contract Type: Permanent.* Required experience: More than 8 years.* Salary range: Between $15,000,000 and $20,000,000 COP, depending on the* candidate’s experience and level.* Work schedule: Full-time.
