Rockwell Automation is seeking an Agentic AI Operations Engineer to join our global AI platform team in Medellín. You will deploy and operate Generative AI pipelines and agentic applications, ensuring reliability, security, and performance in production.

In this hands-on role, you will configure AI agents, manage RAG workflows, monitor infrastructure with Grafana, and collaborate with global teams to uphold security and data governance while advancing CI/CD automation with Terraform and Azure

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

• Experience deploying, operating, or supporting Generative AI or RAG pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy, configure, and maintain AI Agents and their integrated tools.
• Operate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and data ingestion workflows.
• Monitor model serving layers and data processing for low latency and reliability.
• Maintain observability, logging, metrics, and incident response.
• Support CI/CD and IaC using Terraform and Azure infrastructure.

Working under the guidance of senior architects and engineers, you will help deploy AI pipelines and agentic applications in production, ensuring they run reliably, securely. This is a hands-on operational role focused on keeping our AI systems healthy and improving.You will report to the Engineering Manager.Main ResponsibilitiesAgentic AI Application & Pipeline Operations:Deploy, configure, and maintain AI Agents that use Tools and Skills, including supporting MCP clients and servers within established frameworks.Operate and support Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. These pipelines include data ingestion, document processing, and promoting generation (e.g., Azure OpenAI or Gemini embeddings).
