ROMEO Bogotá is offering a scholarship holder position in logistics operations to support the reception, review, and validation of service orders, ensuring timely dispatch of origin instructions. You will coordinate ancillary services and monitor shipments, while ensuring accurate data in the system and analyzing supplier-provided information for flow integrity across the chain.

Responsibilities

• Support in receiving, reviewing and validating service orders, ensuring timely dispatch of origin instructions per Customer Service Advisor guidelines.
• Coordinate ancillary services (ground transport, OTM and insurance) and track shipments in the system.
• Analyze information from agents and suppliers and ensure accurate system updates along the chain.
