Job summary

ROMEU, la empresa líder en logística internacional, busca un profesional de servicio al cliente para coordinar y asesorar operaciones de transporte de carga nacional e internacional en Medellín.

Se requiere tecnólogo en comercio exterior o negocios internacionales con al menos 2 años de experiencia y manejo de herramientas ofimáticas; se valora nivel de inglés A2-B1. Contrato a término indefinido, jornada de 8-5 con sábado medio día.

Qualifications

• Tecnólogo profesional en comercio exterior o negocios internacionales.
• Con experiencia mínima de 2 años en logística internacional en el área de servicio al cliente u operativo.
• Nivel de inglés A2-B1.
• Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas.

Responsibilities

• Coordinar, planificar y asesorar todas las actividades y operaciones de transporte de carga nacional e internacional conforme a los requisitos y procedimientos de la compañía.
• Brindar servicio al cliente basado en los procesos de coordinar, planificar y asesorar todas las actividades y operaciones de transporte.
• Apoyar operaciones nacionales e internacionales conforme a políticas de la empresa.
