Holcim ADC busca un especialista SAP SD para liderar la arquitectura, configuración y soporte del módulo SD, asegurando integración con logística y finanzas, y con sistemas externos como portales y plataformas de facturación.

El candidato ideal debe tener al menos 5 años de experiencia, conocimiento en S/4HANA y experiencia en rollouts de SAP, con nivel de inglés B2. Se valorará experiencia en proyectos transversales e implementación de integraciones, con un enfoque en la formación del equipo.

Formación

• Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en SAP SD (configuración y soporte).
• Conocimientos de integración SAP SD y S/4HANA.
• Experiencia conectando SAP con sistemas satélite y portales de clientes.
• Inglés nivel B2.

Responsabilidades

• Operación (Soporte): gestión autónoma de incidentes de punta a punta.
• Gestión de Requerimientos (Mejoras): implementación de cambios solicitados por el Product Team, desde ajustes básicos de campos hasta integraciones técnicas complejas.
• Proyectos Transversales: participación en proyectos a gran escala (Omnicanalidad y Portales) interactuando con Logística, Finanzas y Proveedores externos.
• Integraciones y Rollouts: conexión SAP con sistemas satélites, e implementación de SAP en nuevas compañías u operaciones de M&A.
• Capacitación: apoyo en la formación y transferencia de conocimientos al equipo utilizando metodologías de enseñanza.

Propósito del Cargo

Buscamos un SAP SD Specialist responsable de la arquitectura, configuración y soporte del módulo de Ventas y Distribución (SD). En este rol, contarás con una visión holística que asegure que las soluciones de venta se integren perfectamente con logística, finanzas y sistemas externos (portales, apps y plataformas de facturación).

Funciones Principales

• Operación (Soporte): Resolución autónoma de incidentes gestionando el caso de punta a punta: contacto con el usuario, análisis, resolución y documentación.
• Gestión de Requerimientos (Mejoras): Implementación de cambios solicitados por el Product Team, desde ajustes básicos de campos hasta integraciones técnicas complejas.
• Proyectos Transversales: Participación en proyectos de gran escala (ej. Omnicanalidad y Portales) interactuando con otros equipos (Logística, Finanzas y Proveedores externos).
• Integraciones y Rollouts: Asegurar la conexión entre SAP y sistemas satélites, e implementación de SAP en nuevas compañías u operaciones de M&A.
• Capacitación: Apoyo en la formación y transferencia de conocimientos al equipo utilizando metodologías de enseñanza.

Criterios

• Experiencia: Mínimo 5 años de experiencia como consultor/especialista en la configuración y soporte del módulo SAP SD.
• Conocimientos Técnicos Indispensables:
• Conocimiento profundo en integración del módulo SAP SD.
• Conocimiento e implementación en S/4HANA.
• Experiencia probada conectando SAP con sistemas satélites (plataformas externas, sistemas de facturación o portales de clientes).
• Experiencia en implementación de Rollouts de SAP.
• Nivel de Inglés: B2.

Role Purpose

We are looking for an SAP SD Specialist responsible for the architecture, configuration, and support of the Sales and Distribution (SD) module. In this role, you will maintain a holistic view to ensure sales solutions integrate seamlessly with logistics, finance, and external systems (portals, apps, and billing platforms).

Key Responsibilities

• Operations (Support): Autonomous end-to-end incident management: contacting users, analyzing, resolving, and documenting cases.
• Requirements Management (Enhancements): Implementation of changes requested by the Product Team, ranging from basic field adjustments to complex technical integrations.
• Cross-functional Projects: Participation in large-scale projects (e.g., Omnichannel/Portals) interacting with Logistics, Finance, and external vendors.
• Integrations & Rollouts: Connecting SAP with satellite systems, as well as SAP implementations for new companies or M&A operations.
• Knowledge Sharing: Assisting in team training and knowledge transfer through practical teaching methodologies.

Selection Criteria

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a consultant/specialist in SAP SD configuration and support.

Technical Skills

• In-depth knowledge of SAP SD integration.
• Experience and knowledge in S/4HANA implementation.
• Proven experience connecting SAP with satellite systems (external platforms, billing systems, or customer portals).
• Experience with SAP Rollout implementations.
• English Level: B2.
